What’s Covered

• Manufacturing Defects: If any manufacturing defect arises within 60 days of purchase, it will be covered under our warranty.
• Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please submit your request within 60 days of purchase with your order confirmation as reference. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization, and the product must be returned within 30 days for further evaluation.
• Evaluation: Our dedicated team will assess the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. The final determination will rest with their professional judgment.

What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

• Damage from improper care (e.g., mishandling, neglect, failure to follow care instructions).
• Chemical treatments (e.g., coloring, toning, or any chemical processing).
• Changes to color or texture due to washing, toning, or heat styling.
• Damage caused by heat, bleach, dye, chemicals, or incorrect installation.
• Modifications to the product (e.g., altering the product for unintended use).
• Natural fading caused by heat styling or sun exposure.

Natural Variation Acknowledgement

1. Slavic Hair Variation Disclosure

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all of our extensions are made from genuine Slavic hair, which naturally varies from donor to donor; some differences are expected and normal.

These natural characteristics may include, but are not limited to:

Wave Pattern Variation: Our naturally wavy Slavic hair can vary from looser to more defined waves.

Our straight Slavic hair may have a soft natural bend depending on the donor.

Texture Variation: Individual bundles may feel slightly finer or slightly coarser, as authentic Slavic hair is not uniform.

Colour Tone Variation: Even within the same colour number, subtle differences in tone and undertone can occur.

Natural Irregularities: Small inconsistencies that reflect the natural origin of the hair and do not affect performance.

These attributes are inherent to authentic Slavic hair and are not considered defects. They do not qualify for refund, exchange, or chargeback disputes.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you fully understand and agree that these natural variations are expected and acceptable features.
