Ordering and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by SWAGR Hair. We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Payment: All payments must be processed through a valid payment method. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: SWAGR offers shipping within Canada and internationally. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. For international orders, duties and import fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may impact delivery timelines. Orders placed before 1PM (local time) are fulfilled and shipped the same business day.
  
  Orders placed after 1PM will ship the next business day.Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will be processed the following business day.
  
  Please note that carrier pickup and processing times may vary based on location.
• Shipping Risks: Once your order has been dispatched, the responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay during transit is transferred to both the shipping carrier and you, the customer. While SWAGR Hair is dedicated to assisting in the resolution of any shipping issues, we cannot assume responsibility for shipments once they leave our possession.
  We encourage customers to select shipping options with tracking and insurance where available, to ensure added protection during transit. Should any shipping issues arise, SWAGR Hair will work diligently with the carrier to resolve them, but ultimate responsibility lies with the carrier.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees paid at checkout. 
• Payment of Fees: Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and SWAGR Hair is not responsible for any charges incurred once the package arrives in the destination country.
• Customs Delays: Please note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays, and these delays are outside of our control.
